What's a time adapter and what am I supposed to do about it?

According to the message on the Bulletin Board, whatever it is, it's in the Clock Tower.

A tower has, by definition, many floors.

Come back when you've found a way to enter the higher floors of the Clock Tower.

Are you on the second floor?

You can now use the ladders to climb even higher.

Go all the way up to find a strange mechanism attached to the clock.

Come back when you've solved the puzzle.

Is the clock face blue now?

According to the message on the Bulletin Board, blue is a start. There must be something more you need to do.

Try and visit the Clock Tower in all time zones and check for changes.

Time travel to the 1600s and enter the Clock Tower normally from the Square.

Do you notice anything different?

There's a hook attached to a CHAIN hanging from the ceiling.

The Bulletin Board message says "Don't forget to pull the chain." But are you strong enough?

Find a way to pull the chain to engage the Time Adapter.
